The Heart of Sadhana Retreat ~ Goa, India

22nd-29th March 2026

THE HEART OF SADHANA

To practice yoga in India is to return to the source. There’s a distinct rhythm of the day: cows in the street, the smell of incense, spices in the air, the sounds of chanting, birds singing at dawn. A river becomes a Goddess, a stranger becomes a teacher. Yoga is LIVED here, and has been for thousands of years.

Surrounded by palm groves and slow-moving rivers, this is a place to return to devotion through daily ritual, embodied movement and connection, all with a likeminded community. All whilst being in the birthplace of yoga.

SADHANA. The essence of spiritual practice. We are all forever students on this path, but how can we dive deeper? This week is designed to be HEART-LED

There is something truly special about practicing in a place where people have been doing the same for thousands of years before us. The vibration is high and we use it to open the heart, dive into ritual and honour the sacred within and around us.

Ritual. Devotion. Being led by the heart. Repetition. Consistency. Removing distractions. Commitment. Forming new habits. Exploring. Learning. Playing. Loving. Connecting. Singing.

Whether you seek relaxation, rejuvenation or self-discovery; our retreat invites you to embark on a journey with us. Escape to our Indian oasis and tune-in

This retreat is open to all levels. You don’t need to have an advanced Āsana practice, just the intention and willingness to show up and commit. We recommend coming with a regular practice (however gentle) so the week can meet you fully.
